Dazzling Diva Challenge #21

As it's Wednesday there is a new challenge starting over at Add A Little Dazzle. This weeks theme is Mother's Day?Anything Goes and here is the gorgeous image.....

I took the gorgeous colours and flowers for my inspiration.

Firstly I cut a panel of Baby Blue AALD craft metal sheet (link the Add A Little Dazzle Boutique is in my side bar) to cover the front of my card. I then used a stencil from Simon Says Stamp, Falling Hearts, and clear embossing paste (embossing paste can also be fount in the Add A Little Dazzle Boutique) to create the hearts on the metal. Before the paste dried I added teal glitter to it for added sparkle.

To create the flower panel I took a strip of water colourcard and using Wplus9 More Fresh Cuts I second generation stamped DI 'Picked Raspberry', 'Festive Berries' and ' Evergreen Bough'. The second geration stamping softens these colours greatly I then added a spritz of water to add to the faux watercolour effect. 

I stamped a sentiment from Paper Smooches 'Pretty Phrases' onto vellum and then attached this and the floral panel using staples.
