Just checking in quickly before I go to bed, but I just wanted to share with you a card I made today using a couple of my favourite techniques- watercolour, stencils, vellum and stacked die-cuts with metal sheet tops.
Firstly I set about making my background using green and yellow watercolours. After this was dry I used the SSS Falling Hearts stencil and used clear embossing paste through it. I love this subtle effect which adds a lot of texture.
I also love the effect of stamping on to vellum it gives a layer without taking anything away from the background.
Adore the effect of stacked die-cut words with Add A Little Dazzle metal sheets (link to the AALD Boutique in my side bar) as the top layer.
So glad you popped by!
Hugs Lydia xx
