Sending Lots Of Love


I have recently stuck my toe in the whole of embossing paste and ..... I love it! The paste itself looks good enough to eat (although I totally don't recommend consuming any!) and when dry the effects you can create are amazing... I have only played with it a couple of times so the basic straight from the pot is how my card features it today. This stuff doesn't just have to go on card though, there are plenty more mediums that it will dry on.

How great does the white embossing paste look?! I thought it would be quite fun to mix up the very white on white look with a splash of neon pink...


And another view just to see the fab dimension and texture...


The awesome handwritten sentiment is from the Wplus9 set 'Valentine Wishes' and although this set is a Valentine's release there is no way that it won't work for the whole year. In the set the wreath has gaps so you can add a banner without masking but I decided I wanted the look of a whole wreath so using the added extras in the set I completed the roundness. 

 A brad, some enamel accents and a wee bit of stitching finished off the whole look.

    That's so lovely! Beautiful colours and that sentiment is amazing.

    I've been tempted with the embossing paste too I saw the new Teresa Collins line that has the paste and the maks and I'm thinking I need it!
